Where are we?

Located at 2 Ipswich street Grandchester (formally Bigges Camp) – the terminus for the first Government Railway in Queensland is midway between the Rural Townships of Rosewood and Laidley.

Grandchester is also home of the Heritage listed Grandchester Railway Station, opened on 31st July 1865 this is the oldest surviving railway station in Queensland and is also open for public visits on the first Sunday of the month.
