We’ve had some wild weeks – a cyclone that caused some of the worst flooding we’ve ever had on our club grounds, and still more rain. It’s been a collective effort to get our track ship-shape again, and are utterly grateful to the folks from Steaming On The Downs who came out to lend a hand.

And now we are heading for the first Sunday of the month again, and the weather forecast actually looks promising – so guess what we’ll do? We’ll be running trains of course! And if you’d like to join us and take a ride on our newly refurbished track, see the historic railway signals and our beautifully decorated tunnel, we’ll be happy to have you. As always, just bring yourself, fully enclosed footwear for all riders, and a spot of cash (no EFTPOS, sorry). We’ll take care of the rest. See you on Sunday!
